Keeping track of user activities on a system can be done in a several ways, one of the simplest being a dedicated logger that can capture all keyboard and mouse events. This kind of utilities, also known as keyloggers, are often deemed as potentially dangerous given their nature, so it's recommended to make sure you are allowed to use such tools onto the PC you intend to monitor.
A quite effective application of this sort is Mini Key Log and it aims to make everything very easy for those who need to deploy it onto their computers. Right off the bat, during the initial run, you will be asked to make the first configurations regarding the way in which the program is being detected by the system.
Thus, you can assign custom or random names to the service and to the string that identifies it in Task Manager, for example, as well as input a description or have one created on the spot. As soon as the monitoring is activated, every action will be recorded and noted in the app's log.
Mini Key Log is able to watch over numerous activities and report about any clipboard events, visited webpages, typed in passwords and many more. Screenshots are also taken regularly and file operations are included in the monitoring.
For each record that is displayed in the main window of the utility you have at your disposal several commands which can be accessed either from the main toolbar or via the right-click menu. More precisely, you have the possibility too export, add or delete records and search to find a specific one if necessary.
The many configurations available for viewing modes, item details and application behavior make Mini Key Log a versatile tool which can help a lot those seeking for a way of recording everything that occurs onto their PC.

If you are selling or donating your old Mac, then you might want to factory reset the system not only to provide the new users with a fresh start, but also to ensure your data is secured from the new owners.
I have the mac mini 1.1 with this configuration. Intel Core Duo @ 1.73 GHz. 2 GB RAM, and 120 GB HDD. Running Mac Os Snowleopard 10.6.8. When I installed Windows via Bootcamp, I found that Windows didnt recognize my real audio device and because of that I got no sound even when it says that the audio codecs are installed and working properly. So the best way to find out what is audio device.
Of course you might consider removing your user account from the system, and setting up a new administrative account for the new users, but the easiest and most thorough way is to fully format your system and reinstall OS X.
To reinstall the original version of OS X if your Mac came with a gray installation and restoration DVD, insert this into the optical drive and reboot with the C key held down. Microsoft office 2016 for mac vl serializer. Then after selecting your language choose Disk Utility from the Utilities menu. In Disk Utility, select your internal hard drive (listed above any volume names contained on it), and you should see a 'Partition' tab appear. In this tab, choose '1 Partition' from the drop-down menu, and then give the partition a name, set it to be 'Mac OS Extended (Journaled),' and apply the changes.
If your system did not come with a gray restoration DVD, then you will need to use Internet Recovery to restore the original version of OS X. This will access Apple's servers and download the installation tools for the correct version that came with your system. To do this, ensure you have an appropriate internet connection for use with Internet Recovery, and then reboot with the Option-Command-R keys held to force loading to Internet Recovery. Again, use Disk Utility to fully partition the internal boot drive, and then quit Disk Utility.
Once the hard drive has been formatted, you can proceed with running the OS X installer, and wait for the content to download and be set up on the system.
After the installer completes, the system will restart and show the welcome screen of the OS X setup assistant, at which point you can hold the power button to shut off the system (when it is next turned on it will start at the assistant). It is now ready for the new owners to turn on and set up, as if the Mac arrived straight from the factory.

Mac mini fans recently rejoiced after Apple updated the storied compact Mac after two years without a major overhaul. But for DIY types, the new Mac mini is a mixed bag offering both heartache and promise.
The teardown experts over at iFixit recently took apart the base model 2014 Mac Mini with a 500GB hard drive and 1.4GHz Dual-Core Intel Core i5 processor. The DIY site found that upgrading the Mac mini’s RAM is now pretty much impossible, but adding an internal SSD at a later date just might be doable.
The impact on you at home: Depending on a company’s design needs, a device’s internals can vary widely between generations. One year, a new smartphone or laptop may be the easiest thing in the world to upgrade, while the next model can end up being very unfriendly to do-it-yourself fixes and tweaks. Apple’s 2014 Mac mini is a perfect example of this, where swapping out or adding common components is now much more difficult—though it also adds the new possibility of PCIe-powered SSD upgrades.
The first thing iFixit discovered was that Apple switched out easy access to the RAM, which used to sit in slots right underneath the Mac mini’s bottom cover.
Making matters worse, once you dig a little deeper iFixit found that there were no pop-out RAM slots at all. Instead, the RAM is soldered directly onto the logic board. In other words, make sure you get enough memory for your potential needs when you're ordering your computer, because you can’t upgrade it afterwards.
Digging deeper, iFixit found another bummer: The new Mac mini doesn’t come with an empty SATA port, as past models have. That means you can’t add an extra internal hard drive at home as you could have in the past.
But where Apple taketh away, Apple also giveth.. probably. The SATA port is gone, but iFixit also found what it thinks is a socket for a PCIe cable that could allow you to add a blade SSD.
Adding to the DIY excitement, iFixit later found a mounting point for a “blade-style PCIe SSD.” To test the mounting point, iFixit took an SSD ripped from a recent iMac teardown and discovered the drive fit nicely inside the Mac mini mount.
The DIY site says it plans on tearing down one of the more expensive models of the new Mac mini packed with a Fusion Drive to confirm their suspicions. Apple’s Fusion Drive technology combines a standard hard drive and an SSD to create a single, user-facing storage system as opposed to two separate drives.
If the new set-up does turn out to be the real thing that’s not only good news for anyone hoping to rip apart their Mac mini at home—it also means iFixit can update its Mac mini Dual Drive upgrade kit.
